As several posters have reinforced to you, there is a very significant risk difference between the two sex practices, and the fact that the diseases are the same that are involved, still has no impact on the fact that unprotected anal sex and unprotected vaginal sex are considerably more risky than a BBBJ or oral sex where a male gives head to a female or between two females.
And absolutely as all the commentors to your OP have stressed in their own ways, and have been 100% correct, the operative word is unprotected.
And as is always posted on TER threads, when you do not know the complete history of your partner, and they don't know the complete history of their partners, nothing is 100%. The term that the medical literature, infectious disease literature, and organizations like CDC use for completely knowing the history of your partners and all their partners is "longstanding mutually monogomous sex."
But to put it in perspective again the risk of BBBJ, when there are no lesions on the penis, and no lesions or cuts in the mouth, are many many many many many times less than the risk of unprotected vaginal sex. Did I mention there is a stark gynormous difference in risk between the two practices?
HIV and other infectious diseases can be transmitted by vaginal secretions, but they are considerably more concentrated in semen. So there are two bottom lines. No practice is 100% safe, but oral sex, and BBBJ are significantly safer than unprotected vaginal and unprotected anal sex. Unprotected anal sex is the most risky. Far and away most providers are educated as to what I've written, and far and away most providers insist on a condom for vaginal and anal sex.
Some providers use female condoms because they are comfortable with them, and many have written about that on these forums.
This is reenforced by virtually every substantive piece of medical literature and every respected research/epedemiology/infectious disease facility or department including the CDC.
Posted By: g35isme First I think you all are missing my point. From my research you can get STD's from BBBJ. Herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea and a host of others. So tell me how is that any less riskier than BBFS? You have providers both low end and high end who will do BBBJCIM so again how is that any safer than BBFS? You get the same diseases either way, so like I said earlier it makes no sense to me why you would offer BBBJ and not BBFS. There are people who responded to this question telling me to get educated? I look at their ads and see they offer BBBJCIM, so you really think that is safe? or less riskier? Have you done your research and educated yourself? I have no problem if you do it's just that I don't think it's any less riskier to do BBBBJ than BBFS. For the record I do use condoms and always will while in the hobby.
