You could make up a separate hobbyist twitter account.

I'm curious if a lot of hobbyists follow providers on Twitter? If so, what kinds of things do you like to see (other than pics obviously)? Are you really interested in the banality of their day to day lives?

agreed. I have no twitter, facebook, instagram...... I do have TER, P411 and Date-Check though!

The problem with following an account like yours is that it is part of my Twitter profile, public information that I would be following your account. Probably not something I would want to be publicly associated with.

Hmmm...I never thought of a separate "play" account lol
Thanks for the idea, Jenna

I created a separate FB account for this game, and low and behold FB must have logged my IP, because hobby profiles started being suggested on my personal page. Too close for comfort and I abandoned my fb hobby id.

Wouldn't want to take that chance with twitter, but I do check out hobby ladies on twitter at times, just by using another browser

It's now 2016, by the way.

Never use the same IP address to log on to your secret life and mainstream life social media. "Incognito mode" on most browsers is not enough (the info still goes through your registered router), actually install Tails and Tor and check your circuits. Obviously, ridiculousness like linking your phone number, or tagging people in photos is strictly verboten if you don't want that coming back to haunt you later.

Facebook is much more demanding than Twitter, though with the recent Google acquisition that could change :/

I have enjoyed following the ladies on Twitter.  Has a more real time feel than the boards.

I see it as another outlet to have your personality shine through.

I think it is a good opportunity to get a glimpse into someone persona, see the occasional un-retouched selfie and have some playful interaction.  Helps to get an idea of someone's personality before arranging some playtime.
