Anybody know if she books direct, and if so, how to contact her?  I'm looking to get an exceptionally early morning appointment on December 2nd, since I'd have to be driving back and forth from Canada to New York City the same night/day - have to be back for 5:00 pm, and it's a 7-hour drive.  E2K already told me she books for $1,500 an hour (which seems a little stiff, and $500 more than with BM or Sophies), and books from 11 to 11.  Anybody?  Thanks!!!
