There's a part of town that has a few streets full of so-called soapy massage parlors (search on the international boards for more information and the location). Not all the places will accept non-Japanese, but some do. A typical session includes a bath, nuru, blow job and sex. Quite a sensual experience and the women are all quite beautiful.

I have heard people say that there is full service in Japan, but it is illegal. Can anyone shed any light on what to expect if you go to a soapyland, or have someone come to your hotel? It all depends on your style. If you have someone that speaks japanese you can really have wild time for very less money. Although there are places where foreigners are not well received simply because they don't want girls to feel intimidated.
Look up "tokyo adult giude" that is your best resource guide. Misa is reputed japanese lady.
Price point i think if you are looking for outcall, its pretty much same as US. Enjoy!
