While the board has changed, the shift I have seen I have enjoyed, as there seems to be more honesty and clarity that is finally being used by more, and your post is on that line.

While I fully partake in this hobby, I am not so engulfed into this lifestyle to try to fool myself to think that this is "normal" - especially when it comes down to the fact that people are openly discussing it without much regard on the public net.

A meet and greet of hookers and their johns is anything but normal. It actually screams in its own face of absurdity in that this "hobby" is supposed to be one that is private, behind closed doors, and discrete, not lets round up a group of working girls in their fuck me shoes, slinky dresses, glitter eye shadow and their customers, put some drinks in 'em and watch how their inhibitions and senses leave them....

Our society does look down upon this "service" and as of late, LE and the powers to be have been taking a much harsher view of it, bringing it to the forefront of many heated new legislations that have passed....

And for the ladies 2 points, I agree with BP_rules_lol, your examples are nice and full of fluff, but the reality is, this hobby eats up and spits out more than it actually helps... yes, the mother who has to provide for her children and is able to do so through this is great, but the fact is, that many of those Moms then get sucked up by the large sums of cash involved and lose real sight of why they got into in the first place, and end up spending more time kissing customers asses and worried about their repuations with clients , then with their kids, and then try to make up for it by buying them bigger and better things, which in turns leaves them leaving the kids more to make more money.... and many in the end, take away one of the major things they need to give their kids, a good example of how real relationships between a man and a woman are, because by the time they are done giving everything to their clients, they no longer have the emotional means for a real relationship.

As to the man at home who has a wife who he feels no passion with, I can understand this fully, but maybe, just maybe if some of the mongers, not all, but some, put at least half the amount of time into their relationships at home that they do in trying to woo women who are out of their leagues anyway, they might actually get some of that passion in their relationship at home.

Look, I partake in the hobby hard, have for a while, but my main point is, don't try to cover this up with the bs of oh it saved this one and it saved that one, the REAL reality is a harsh one, while this hobby is very honest in that it is an exchange for one thing for another, it still in the end fucks up more people in the end than it actually helps. And a Meet and Greet is anything but a normal party.
