This is all hypothetical of course. I would report that I suspect a person at xx address is doing prostitution.

I checked out some more  reviews and they all say the same thing.

There is a woman in my area who has been reviewed here and on other sites. She currently has no reviews on TER.

Here is a typical review on another site. Have you ever considered filing an anonymous complaint  (from a pay phone)?

She was rude on the phone as she gave me directions to her incall. When I got there she waited for me at the door. I said "Hi," her greeting was, "SHUT UP!" "Let's go, get in here haven't got all night!" was next. In just 25 minutes, this "lady" used the F-word about 150 times. "Well, what are you waiting for? Get on top of me." No kisses allowed. After two minutes, her phone rang, and she answered it. "Get the fuck off me" she said, and went to the other room to talk. I heard screaming, obscenities that would make a longshoreman cringe, and talk of physical violence. It's clear she hangs around with low quality people, and I didn't feel comfortable. Unfortunately, she already stashed my money, but I had to get out of there, FAST! A bad experience, if not the worst ever.

... by filing an anonymous complaint? Are asking if it's a good idea to file a police report?

Ok, I assume that you meant that...

What are you going to tell the cops?

"Oh, well, this lady is a prostitute and I paid to have sex with her, BUT she was so rude, mean and gave very poor service to me."

How do you think that the person on the other end of the line is going to react?

Most likely a lot of laughter at the beginning, then that person will start telling you that soliciting a prostitute is ILLEGAL.

Do I need to say more?

... better off letting this one go. Someday sooner or later, that lady will get her "karma" if you know what I mean. You don't need to be obsessed about "getting even" with her. It's a time waster.

Like a few guys already have said... go check out the well reviewed ladies from TER in your area. Yea, you may have to pay a few more dollars, but in the end, it's worth it!

If you don't have a TER VIP membership, get it!! It's the best $25/month that you can spend on. You'll get to see all of the reviews and other nice tidbits that you can't see without a TER VIP membership.

No... TER is NOT paying me to say that... I am saying that from experience.

Sorry to burst your bubble hun but snitching on people will bring you an equal amount of bad karma.
I don't give a shit how bad a lady is, the bad ones don't last very long in the first place it's best to just let them get more rope to hang themselves with on their own.
 You're a hobbyist not a vigilante . Pffft calling police wtf .
The only thing she's doing is being a rude person & thinking out loud. (allegedly).

Are you serious?  Good grief!

I'm calling bullshit on this.
Many assholes will write bad reviews with the intention of damaging the providers reputation.
Whether it's a pimp or what have you.
Unless it's happened to you directly and you can officially prove it.
I'd stay out of it. Snitches get stitches .

just the latest in a string of bad reviews...  but wasn't smart enough to check her reviews before going.
This provider sounds scary...  but trying to get even is not a well thought out plan.   You could try to drop a tip on her...  but be careful to not get dragged into it yourself.  It's safer to take your lumps & move on...  to well reviewed providers.

First off, it is just wrong. Who the fuck are you to decide that being nasty and delivering lousy service deserves criminal prosecution? Where is the line? The answer is simple - you do not turn someone in for payback, not ever. It is wrong. If you really need a long explanation of why it is wrong, PM me, but believe me it is wrong.

Second, if she really is as nuts and nasty as you suggest, just be grateful you got out of there with no real damage and stay clear of her. You may think that an anonymous tip is truly anonymous, and you may be right, or it may turn out that she finds out who you are and suddenly you have a nasty, crazy lady who wants nothing more than to pay you back.

The payback is to quietly let everyone you know what a crazy, nasty woman she is. At least that assures that none of your friends will get taken by her, and it may reduce her income. She probably will understand that message.

Let me recap.

1. It is just wrong.

2. There is a chance it could turn out really badly for you.

Otherwise, it is a wonderful idea.

Even if you walked in and she was passing gas the entire time and dressed like a clown and laughing like a maniac, you do not call the cops. For what! That would really make you happy to see another person go down? Who knows what is going on in her life. Maybe she was talking to her child's father.. Who knows! Why did you see her if her reviews suck?

Must move on and forget about it. It is NEVER worth your time to cause problems for other people. I am sure she already has all kinds of things going on as it is. Who knows.

then she's been delisted.  Supposedly scams can't get delisted but bad providers???

You picked up you phone & made the call...  you voluntarily went to see her.  You TOFTT.  Took One For The Team.   You knew it was high risk, which you accepted.  The experience was bad.  That's why newbies & the risk adverse are recommended to see Well Reviewed Ladies.  I don't know if you could post a warning on your local board...  after some time has elapsed so you are harder to ID...  being as she's delisted...

Ultimately, you take you lumps, learn from it & move on.  There is no revenge.  There's no refunds.  Before I knew better, I made a couple of mistakes.  Now I know better.  I do not consider a meeting without doing proper research...  neither should you.
Sometimes getting out safely...  you only loose money...  money isn't everything...  is a good thing.

I never saw this provider. I just feel sorry for the hobbyists who do not know about TER and other discussion boards. You are all right in saying that I should leave it alone.
