They serve a purpose for the typical screening of the hookers.

Depending on your state, you can do a criminal background check for free. Here in WI, all you need is the person's name, & it will return everything from speeding tickets, to misdemeanors, & even cases that were dismissed will come up.

As for sex offenders, WI also has a site, where you can enter the persons name, address, or even street name, & anyone who is registered on that particular street or address will come up.

Are you a list somewhere?  Criminal records ARE a matter of public record and can be searched in almost every state 'For a Fee'.  Obviously, you can't see what someone may have been charged with, only convictions.  But as they say "innocent until proven".  The national sex offender registry that you mention links to each individual state and those are free to search, generally by name or address.  And, yes a REAL name is required and if you don't want to provide it the verification can't happen, and you probably won't see that provider.  Yes, with the right information these sites can and do check criminal records.  As a business owner, I subscribe to a similar service for background and criminal record checks on prospective employees and see everything from traffic tickets to any more serious offenses, they even provide credit checks.  It is far easier than checking dozens of sites for records and paying separate fees each time.  These type of checks are performed daily by employers, financial instutitions, education institutions, and more.  It makes perfect sense to me for a provider who may move from city to city, or even state to state, to subscribe to one service that has access to all states criminal records for one flat fee (kind of like subscribing to TER to check out providers, huh).    The "blacklist" as you call it is part of the service for providers, and if you act like a jerk you deserve to be on one.  These ladies have a right to protect themselves just like we do.  Now if you use a handle or alias, obviously the criminal record check won't work, but if you were rude or abusive or otherwise out of line, then that might be reported under that name that you use.  It is in essence no different than hobbyist's writing reviews.  Some are good and some are not good, some sound like paid advertisements, and some sound vindictive, but most are fair and therein lies the value.  Other than the obvious criminal record poping up, interpreting the other data requires reason and prestective, whether you are a provider or a hobbyist.  We are all in this together and should be focused on keeping both sides safe!  Right?

For the most part I rely on past behavior with other ladies & the rest of their hobbying history.Therefore I prefer BL sites.  I don't care about a real name nor care to l know their home address or anything else that's just too much info to be out there either. I expect the same respect. Xo V.
