As a monger I do not expect that a woman will assume I will go down on her, since I am paying her to service me. At times I may wish to, if it is on the menu, but imo, there should be no such expectation on the part of the woman.
To answer your question, I do find it to be a double standard if a woman will only do a cbj, yet if I want to daty, she wants it "bare". I have actually had discussions with women about this very issue and will not daty period if they require a cover for a bj. And none of the women I have seen over 25+ years as a monger have ever had a dental dam available nor would I use it.

I once bought a pack of 150 dental dams. I only had clients ask twice to use them in all the years I've been providing. I think they are silly little things...... and after doing further research I felt the risk of uncovered DATY was so minimal that the dental dam was really extra. I don't EXPECT anyone to DATY, if they ask then sure! I still have these dams available.... next to the bed all the time lol. No one really requests to use them

Start with unlubricated latex condom.
Unroll it.
Cut the resorvoir tip off and the rim for extra comfort.
Cut down the length of the remaining "tube".
You are left with a rectangle piece of latex.
You can also make a dental dam out of a latex glove.
cut off just the 4 fingers, leave the thumb.
Cut a slit down the side.
You can stick your tongue or finger in the thumb for anal/oral play combo.
Use a small amount of lubricant on the side touching your partner for extra sensation and to keep from sticking.
