I wouldn't be worried about it so long as it is not a face pic

IMO the request for the body pic isn't outrageous. After I, l like to see a body pic of the provider before I commit to seeing her. If she wants to be that picky, that's her prerogative.
But I probably wouldn't call either.
She didn't specify that the body picture be your body. Pick out a good one, it'll probably be as real as her pictures.
