Well aren't you lucky? This will be my first winter in Chicago and I'm terrified because everyone keeps telling me that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Pray for me. 😂

A group of friends and I went around the city distributing Gourmet Sandwiches, Hot Coffee, Warm Blankets & Donated Coats to the HOMELESS in the city....  (Mainly by the bridge underpasses). .....   It was the most humbling experience of my life, I've never seen so much GRATEFULNESS!!! The snow was sooooooooo beautiful!!!!

The closest I got to that was giving some chick two cigarettes and a free lighter. She seemed happy, but I was wondering if the blanket, hat, and gloves were from you guys. :D

Someting I like about stuff like that is that they feel noticed and appreciated. The gifts are nice, but I think sometimes people can be pretty shitty to those people, and it's just nice to get a smile like they're human, and someone noticing them as "one" with the rest of the world.

Really - they get a lot of shit for being homeless. It's very sad. So good job :D
