I recently was found to have a significant PSA elevation and underwent a needle biopsy of the prostate. I will spare everyone the details of the  procedure other than to say it sounds worse than it feels.
I was told to expect some blood in my semen and that it would gradually stop.  Needless to say I am reluctant to have this happen with a lady and the first few times I ejaculated on my own it looked like strawberry jelly..I am avoiding seeing any provider until this clears.  Has anyone had this done and knows how long it lasts?
Or as an alternative, does anyone know of any providers who might be vampires?  (VBG)

It was a few years ago, so my memory isn't what it used to be. I think it was two to three weeks. I do remember who it was with, a freaky milf named  LaVanna. Great time.

My recollection is than it lasts a couple of weeks. I didn't tell my local favorite and I laughed as she freaked out when she saw the blood. Good luck with your health.

I have had 4 done, so am familiar with the god-awful procedure and consequences.  It's not what you are going to want to hear, but it has taken me 5-6 weeks each time for the bloody semen to fully go away.  It turns from red, at first, to a rusty color that lingers and slowly fades.  One thing I could never tell is if ejaculation hurts the healing process.  Since the prostate is mostly muscle tissue, I have figured that it would probably heal faster if I gave it a rest.

I had one done a couple of years ago.  For me, I recall it was about two weeks before all the blood had drained out.  I wound up taking care of business myself rather than try to find a very tolerant lady.  The strangest thing was the volume of the semen/blood mixture for the first 2-3 times.  It just kept coming & coming and I had really intense orgasms.  (Now, I wished I had found a lady to help me.)  I also passed blood in my urine for at least as long of a time.  You go 2-3 days without passing blood and you think everything is back to normal and then, it happens again.

All in all, with everything else going on before, during, and after the biopsy, combined with the period of waiting for the results, my mind was certainly on other things than a session with a provider.
