so if the company is not paying taxes, that's more of what they would need to worry about. If the FBSM provider is in lingerie, I would not say she is legit, because I know of no licensed massage therapist working in a real studio, who dresses like a stripper whilst doing massage. If she does not have a license, she can't advertise for massage...she is only supposed to say "body rub." In my state they often push for felony for it yet there's a ton of gray area in the legal sense.
