or at the very least, a DIY type of arrangement.

Putting that aside, in order to have a legitimate massage establishment, you need to have licenses, and be inspected by the Dept. of health, and probably a few more agencies.

In many states, offering massage without a license is a felony - more serious than prostition.

So, do you homework on the subject before embarking on such an endeavor.

If I call a place that offers FBSM that says they are NOT A FULL SERVICE or ESCORT company.  And I offer simply get a FBSM (with no happy ending and do not ask for one, is that legal in NYC or are the places advertising FBSM under scrutiny thus putting me in danger?

I was actually pondering from the standpoint of being the buyer not the seller.  I get it though.

touching and even revealing of the genitlia of either indivdual, at least in most jurisdictions.

I'm not sure where I heard it but it seems somewhere it is legal for you to view a gal through one way glass as she masturbates and/or does an orally suggestive act, and you are free to DIY.

Can any one confirm this?

Why would you pay for a tease anyway? I mean to each there own but there's plenty better out there where you don't have to worry about that stuff. That simple.

the other woman, then they are being faithful to their wedding vows.

I'm not sure that I'd go along with that, but if it makes them happy, then what the heck.

Wouldn't be too happy if they get busted by uncle Leo for it which has happened more than once in the city I live in.. Sorry not fooling anyone by saying to yourself "if I don't touch them, it's legal & I'm not cheating on my SO".
I hate doing that but its ridiculous. I have to tell it like it is.
However white or pink Tantra on the other hand isn't so much teasing but breathing, touch gets you very excited  without the legal ramifications since in most states it's a taxable & legit service providing they aren't having sex with you .

If they aren't licensed and the state requires it, yes it can be a risk.

I'd say any place that says that is foolish. Because even if you're not doing anything they can still get you on a health code.
Idk if there's no happy then its not remotely erotic so why waste money on it? I'd just stick with an Indy.

Because my wife wants me to be insane when she gets a hold of me.

Then go to a strip club & get a bed dance its cheaper & less likely to get you arrested.

Idk man I've been seeing a lot of crack downs in multiple cities you're just sitting there waiting & they raid. Never know what's going to happen.
I guess they're getting tired of amp's?

so if the company is not paying taxes, that's more of what they would need to worry about. If the FBSM provider is in lingerie, I would not say she is legit, because I know of no licensed massage therapist working in a real studio, who dresses like a stripper whilst doing massage. Also, it is not a 'full body' massage, meaning your ass and your d(ck. THAT is what FBSM stands for, but not what most legit massage therapists provide. If she does not have a license, she can't advertise for massage...she is only supposed to say "body rub."  FYI, in most states it is a double whammy if a true LMT is caught giving you any other services.

In my state they often push for felony for it yet there's a ton of gray area in the legal sense.
I've been licensed for years but I happen to enjoy being on both ends of the spectrum personally & I also file taxes etc .
That's the major thing to be worried about.
