Suggestion and Policy

Crazy suggestion?

I'm going to suggest something that I realize is probably completely impractical, but what the hell; I'm going to throw it out there anyway.

There are certain times when reading a review where I (and no doubt many others) have questions I'd love to be able to ask the reviewer. Sometimes something is just left out, and sometimes, let's face it, the reviewer has really, really poor writing skills and the review is very unclear. Sure, I can just email the reviewer, but wouldn't it be nice if each individual review (or, each provider) had their own message board attached to their profile? Questions could be asked, and the reviewers themselves can update their reviews if they've left anything out, etc. This would obviously be a VIP-only feature.

Like I said, I realize this is most likely impractical; I'm guessing the workload it would take to moderate something like this would probably be out of hand. And there are probably reasons I haven't even thought of why it wouldn't work. But it's something I've been thinking about, so I just thought I'd throw it out there.

Believe it or not, it is already written.  It was in the original design of TER.  It has just been disabled.

Originally, I thought it would be a great idea.  Time will tell.
