I love all colors but must admit to a preference for blonde hair.

Hair cannot be considered in isolation.  Skin color is important too. For instance blonde with brown skin will look wired

I absolutely love short hair on a woman.  I think it's unbelievably sexy when someone has the confidence to pull it off.  Any color will do, but if I had to pick I'd say red.
