Of course Uncle LEO is in here and on BP and CL. Haven't you noticed all the crime in the cities has been eliminated so they are now busting up all the corrupt, consenting adults who like some private time. 1) Lots of providers offer incall in Bloomington; you would have to be having a huge number of sessions to account for a significant percentage of the total amount of activity there.
2) So what if some of the providers aren't spending the money you give them on kids, rent, or other useful activities?
3) Why on earth would you want to PM the Bloomington LE? Assuming they took you up on it, they probably would at that point try to do something to arrest you.

...but I've sometimes shared your paranoia about what if I'm being targeted? Unlike you, I rarely see unreviewed or limited reviewed ladies so I think I have little to worry about but I think it's smart to always be wary of surveillance and have a healthy distrust of those you meet until proven otherwise.
