Really! Butt! The best info about keeping your lady bits toned and fit are ALL about the squats! Plus, it'll keep that ass high and tight too. I KNOW this article is centered around pregnancy but data done on nuliparous women (that is, ladies who never spit out a kid) is that tone decreases regardless of vaginal childbirth (yeah, yeah, I was in the medical world for a long time). So you don't need a fancy, expensive doo-dad to keep yourself tight, just squat! (also, when I've "kegel-ed" for my OBGYN they were like "whoa! That's strong! :D so I'm anecdotally I'm doing it right!)

This one's getting Kickstarted      https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/892018590/kgoal-smart-kegel-trainer

kGoal is a smart Kegel trainer and functions as both an exercise tool and a performance monitoring and guidance system. It measures the force exerted by squeezing your pelvic floor muscles and can communicate that information back to you via a phone and/or the device itself. Using the device and corresponding app is like having a personalized gym, physical therapist, and tracking system by your side whenever you want.

I wonder if any ladies will add this to their wishlist.

The only thing I use to gauge the power of my pussy is the look on his face & the childlike squeal coming out of his throat when I tighten the clamps on his rock hard joy stick.

Not the best way to stay UTR...

just say'i

This might be the next big thing in marketing, what's your maximum squeeze number?
