Hello I am also trying to tour the Back Bay area, but it seems that most of the Hotels here have tight security were you need a key to access the elevators , if you can give me a few recommendations  on provider friendly hotels were you don't needed a key I would greatly appreciate it ! Thank you

Hi everyone,

I'd love to tour Boston and need some info about where to stay that is convenient, easy access, and no room key needed to go up the room.
Also, when is the best time to visit? Was thinking about coming out around December 10th.

Thanks!

Kim Di

Hi Kim,
Dec. Dates are fine and should be very festive in the city.
Back Bay, Financial district are all very nice and hotels are awsome, safe
And keyless unless concierge floors.  Hope you stay thru the weekend.
And hope you enjoy Boston!

Thank you so much! I will look into it :-)

Kisses,

Kim

Stay in the Back Bay if you're high end. If you stay 20 miles out of the city the traffic of hobbyists going in and out will be a lot more obvious to the staff. And everything happens in the city... not in Burlington or Woburn.

That certainly wasn't the smartest thing I've ever seen posted.
Might be one of the dumbest tho.

I don't even think city names should even be posted. Metro West, not Waltham, Burlinton, Newton. Boston, not back bay, Financial District, etc., North Shore, not Peabody, Salem, Danvers.

But what do I know. It takes all kinds
