NCNS, and then another provider who stopped communication after I gave RS2K info. Am I blacklisted?

Never had a problem in the past, but recently I booked an appointment with a well reviewed agency, then the day of the appointment, nothing. No call from the agency telling me where to go, no answer when I called/emailed to confirm.

So I went to an independent (again, well reviewed) and same thing - near instant communication back and forth, set up a time, gave verification info...and then silence.

Each on their own wouldn't really set off an alarm for me, but both one after the other makes me jump to the most logical conclusion that there's some problem with my RS2K info. All my hobbying experiences in the past have been awesome, no problems with verification, so I can't imagine a provider having complained...but is there a way to check if this is the case?

I feel like even if there was a problem of some sort, the provider/agence would at least tell me. Just puzzling.

I'd call a provider to try to schedule.  I'd follow all the right procedures.  They'd be all smiley and happy on the phone.  Then they'd just cancel on me at the last minute, do an NCNS, or just stop answering.  One even gave me fake directions.  All of them were relatively well-reviewed.

I think I know what was doing me in: sounding nervous on the phone.  (Hey, it was my first venture in to the hobby.)  For some reason, I was afraid of using e-mail, since I didn't want a written paper trail; silly, I know.  But why would nervousness scare off the providers, though?  Wouldn't LE or sociopathic hobbyists sound super-confident, making nervous clients the safe kind?

What broke my streak of bad luck was an agency, who I communicated with mostly by e-mail.  But in your case, you're having trouble with them too.  So I'm not sure what to suggest, except to contact RS2K and ask them to check your account.

That sucks an agency and Indy didn't at least call an cancel your appointment regardless
if your blacklisted or not. But oddly I get clients all the time who give me info and pass screening an then don't
contact me back or they wait weeks to book a date ,it's very annoying . unfortunately no provider or agency should tell you if
your blacklisted for our safety so I would say just try again an good luck

Hey, Butterfly, I can understand why indys or agencies wouldn't want to tell us we're blacklisted so best solution is to go to RS2k, if you think that's the issue...Gotta believe they're gonna give you the straight gunny.

This is a strange and funny old game sometime, for us and you girls. But then again, that's part of what makes it so exciting.....and sometimes frustrating...
