I was reading over the excellent discussion below about Indie's and agencies and wondered if anyone was in the same boat as me when it comes to employment verification.
I work in a job where I don't have an office and do not have a work phone number where I can be reached. If you were able to get in touch with my workplace they would not even acknowledge that I work there for security reasons.
This has always been a sticky situation for me and usually causes me to pass on any ladies or agencies that require this type of information. Has anyone been in a similar situation where the ladies have wanted this type of info and you were able to use other sources to get the appointment?
I also don't really understand the provider reference situation either. I have never seen the same gal more than once, and only use ladies that don't collect personal info so Im not even sure how they would remember me.
I also don't review ladies for security reasons as well, but do appreciate the reviews that many of you post. They have kept me from waisting my time and resources.

Date-check and Room Service 2000 work for me; I use them both
that we keep tons of information each time we see a client. Truth is, most of us independent ladies remember you... even if we saw you only once. My method isn't difficult, I keep email addresses, if you change email addys, I will not know who you are. If your name is John Doe and you have met me in DC, you will note in the emails the to line is:
John dcok D (more than one John Doe would have a nickname or reversed)
Therefore the best way for me to verify you to another lady is to send me an email requesting such from the email address we usually communicate from.
However, I still feel the best way to get your perminent reference is to see a lady who is listed at either date-check or room-service, then ask her to verify you.
You have a nickname, so there is no keeping your personal information, the next lady verifies you by seeing your ID (which most ladies see anyhow) with the 4 consecutive numbers which you gave when you registered. The information that is shared in terms of sessions is your preferences, which you get to mark in for yourself. It is a very hand system and has allowed me to screen gentlemen in a matter of minutes.
If your a parnoid guy, there is no system that can help you, and most ladies won't change their screening. Good luck

If your job is so super-secret cia-like, I seriously doubt you would be posting any kind of messages on TER at all. This is exactly the kind of activity that could lead to blackmail. So you would be/will be answering a few questions the next time you are up for renewal of your security check, if not before then. Besides, if you are a secret-agent spy, I'm sure your employer would be/is already aware of your on-line activities. So you might was well review the gals to your heart's content, bro.
Otherwise, you could be LE posing as a super-secret spy to bust a few ladies in Washington to get some headlines in the local papers. Anyone here familiar with Julie's situation up in NY?
Look, if you are just a regular joe/jane, I apologize to you for this post. I just think the ladies should take whatever steps they feel are necessary to ensure their personal safety. If that means you having to pony-up some employer data, welcome to the club.

Most of us ladies know that you guys come see us for variety among other things.. and there are lots of guys that only see us once.. but I have had guys I have not seen in over 4 years use me as a reference.. there usually is something i remember if they just call me and refresh my memory, It is not a crime for you guys to call a lady you have seen and ask her if you can use her for a reference.. 99% of us would be glad to help out because we have been in the situation where we really think a guys is nice and all but he just has no reference so we cant see him..
I always say just call me if you need to use me as a reference.. to be sure I remember you ..
Guys sorry it is such a crazy world and LE hast to be assinine.. if it were up to us we would see each and every one of you all.

Date-Check is the easiest solution.
I've seen that webmaster thru his trials and tribulations since that board started.. ( I believe he is from DC if I am correct )(delete that if need be Mod..not sure if that is a breech of discression) It is a superb site.. Although I hadnt spent to much time working on my marketing on that site in the last 3 years.. I just started doing so again.. It is a great thing to utilize ! I have a yahoo group Of gents that are ALL verified etc. I put a note in my group leading them to my main profile on date-check.. and for them to click they had met me..
Many people in this industry( women and men alike ) believe this is a marriage.. Its a hobby !. Just like collecting cars.. One may go fast.. the 2nd may look hot to all your friends.. but you have that favorite luxury vehicle you use all the time !...
To date.. Ive had over 234 members of my group join date check !.. it skips about 5 steps between you and the provider and unnecessary emails...
I am not all too familiar with how RS2000 works, as Ive never really had that much time to navigate it..
There are many many Ter providers on Date-check... Take a peek around in your city..
