Same exact thing happened to me when she was in NY. But she did eventually get back to me and refunded the deposit.
I ended up calling the number listed for her business on PayPal and talked to a guy (Hank) who was real cooperative. He apologized, said she had a rough night, etc. and took care of the business end. Then she emailed me a day or two later and apologized.
Don't know what exactly to make of your situation, but you will probably hear from her.
I had an appointment with Anna Malle in Detroit for Friday night. I had put down a deposit and arrived at the hotel 10 minutes before or scheduled time. I called her cell several times over the next 2 days & sent her 3 e-mails. I have still not heard from her. Anyone know if she is ok? Or if she has done this before? I was really disappointed.

Agreed. Anna Malle has too good a reputation in this business to pull anything. Probably some last minute glitch. Sit tight, I'm sure she'll get back to you.
This had to be a crappy trip-or too rushed or too busy-she never returned any of my calls or emails-and we both made plans to see each other this past NY trip-maybe just too close to the holidays and family stuff as well-for the one rare trip that this has happend to all of us-I think we can cut her some slack-and Hank is her Husband

Hey your post got me worried so I emailed her to make sure she was alright.
She wrote back that she got very sick with a case of food poisoning and missed several appointments on that trip for that reason. "Deathly ill" were the words she used. I'm sure you understand why she bowed out and you'll hear from her very soon.
Just wanted to let you all know that Anna did get back to me. She had a family situation. She said she was sorry & wanted to make it up to me. She has since returned my deposit as well.
