Yeah I have had a lot of great experiences with city girls (although only started posting any reviews recently).
There have only been a couple times I was a bit disappointed, but was still as good or better than average, and I had quite high expectations.
I've not done any toftt deals though, due to lack of reviews, so unsure what's going on with that. Although I'd think of it more as a perk some of the time and not a reliable process, and would no doubt get spread around a bit too.
Imo, just review your experience, if it's not great then it's not great.
I wouldn't expect all of their girls to be amazing either, I've been bit selective and got lucky with all but 1 being pretty much what I wanted.
However, in comparison to alternatives I've found it much more reliable and very good value for money.
Most the girls I've seen there remind me a lot of the types you find in FKK clubs but without the attitude.
They're meant to be independent and not agency (although I don't know how they advertise/recruit) and girls differ a lot (range of countries too), so I wouldn't attribute their individual behavior to the company.
Although you should do whatever you feel is best for you anyway.
I've used city girls a lot and half the time I've done the toftt special. Well, I've notice the last few girls haven't lived up to the service I was getting accustomed to from them. The last girl was the worst. I was going to write a review and saw a couple others had similar appts. I waited to write one as it was nothing different than the ones already out there. Well, since I waited to write a review, I knew the toftt special was probably done for me. I can't even get a response from them now. Tried setting up over the phone and they said wait for the email confirmation. Well, nothing and I tried contacting them and no response. Anyone else have any issues with them? It's too bad as most of the girls from them are great but I'm done with them.
Will threat to ban you if you say anything negative about them. Screw them, plenty of other great provider. The dude that answers email, is a db.

You were very generous giving her a 6 for performance? Should have given her a 3 like the other two reviews.
My issue isn't just with her as she was willing to go another round, unlike the other reviews. She was cold at first but warmed up. Mainly with City Girls.
