I've wondered about that too. But I don't think it would hurt to ask, unless specified on a website, if they are comfortable talking about expectations or something like thar. I'm guessing it has all to do with how you ask.

With an unreviewed provider, you simply may not know ahead of time and the more questions you ask, the more likely it is she may think you are LE. As a general rule, the higher the rate, the more open the menu is but that is certainly not true all the time.
I must be consider an awesome team player, because I've taken many for the team. I'm guessing just this year ~20, yes all with no reviews, until I got robbed, then not so much after that.
