I agree that it is being blown out of proportion, but the name of the game is to try and get rid of the human trafficking problem with primarily girls of minor ages. But Lake County is out of Mr. Dart's jurisdiction. There are some who feel that making the activity legal within established perimeters, much like has been done regarding gambling, will solve much of the problem. The girls' ages would have to be verified, and they would need to be tested for disease periodically. Shouldn't we have learned by now that the activity's prohibition has been as unsuccessful as it was with liquor during the 1920s?

I thought the focus for LE was to crack down on trafficking. A sting operation against johns does nothing to help eliminate trafficking.
They are 18 and 19. Such a shame.
But they are still legal if they gave their consent, at least for everything except drinking and gambling. Am trying to understand why we are the only place in the world where you need to be 21 in order to drink. Some countries have no state prescribed minimum age.
