Of course rates are negotiable, but it's usually when discussing extended appointments with a working girl, NOT how long or far you travel to see her.

But I do understand, but I must add that it's been my experience that sometimes rates may be negotiable. I just believe some provider are much more firm on their rates than others. You do run the risk of pissing the provider off by asking, though.
