Well reviewed does NOT guaranty you won't get busted. I think the Bloomington PD is doing it all wrong. If it was my job enforce prostitution laws I would get rid of the most reviews first. They are established and easier to find.
The usual police sting consists of a female undercover attracting Johns. The reason for this is economic. They can attract many more Johns in a particular time frame than providers. Most providers busted are street or other nuisance type of arrangement. For example, an in call location in an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Established ladies are rarely busted unless they fail to screen or are too open about their activities in a location.
Thoroughly research every encounter.
Keep a low profile.
Be discreet.
They get a lot more bang for their buck by running fake ads that lure in a bunch of people. That's also why agencies get targeted. More people to arrest.

If LE wants to go after any one of us in particular, if they are willing to devote the resources to it, yes they can get any of us.
But LE resources are limited. And in the grand scheme of things most of them know that going after consenting adults just because it is P4P is not the best use of their resources compared to other serious crimes that are going on. But they can't completely ignore it either; certain interest groups make sure that doesn't happen. So, LE runs these stings, arrest a bunch of guys and some girls, someone makes a press announcement and is sure to play the dreaded human trafficking card even though much if not most of the time there is none of that evident in the news stories. But LE gets publicity and a larger number of arrest this way than they would if they spent that same amount of effort to catch Samantha Good or myself or any other well established provider or hobbyist.
