I posted an announcement of my tour yesterday and it is gone now. Please let me know what I need to do to have my post stay this time. Is it the "first page" rule? I'd been told that since my first page is a gateway the TER logo was ok on my second/entry page. Was it something else?

You posted multiple ads in the same week to different discussion boards. You are allowed one ad per week, total. I removed the ad on this board and the Phoenix board. If you want to repost one of the ads, I have no problem with it.
You might also add your tour schedule to your web site.
