Philipinos are as a rule of thumb pretty shy folks. Even if you find a hard core sex worker you will find she is moderately shy in public. This is why you wont find companions in groups of 3 or more. There is an exception to this rule however. The street you are referencing I believe is Borgus Street. This is pretty much the bar and red light area of Makati. There are a few regular bars on that street that are like combination cafe/bar. These bars are where you may find groups as large as 4 or 5 girls just waiting to strike up a conversation and see where it leads. I think this is simply because the entire street is one big red light district so any girl out there after dark is in the biz in one way or the other. The bar fines are getting a little out of hand. A buddy of mine told me he went by Plan B the other night for the fun of it and they wanted 3500 php for the bar fine. Rogues is still, to the best of my knowledge the cheapest on the street. They typically initiated the contact by walking over and striking up a conversation; their English was generally good. I was approached at the Mall entrance twice, saving me the trouble of going in! Perhaps I was lucky; all my encounters were GFE. Short-time rate was $60 to $80, and that typically included a massage, DFK, BBBJ, DATY and sex. Most were willing to spend the night, but at my age that has little appeal for me. One of them delivered a great BBBJ, and then jumped on top bare-back. I should have stopped her, but she felt great! I had also put a profile on a couple of the relevant dating sites, as suggested by the international fora. I was absolutely inundated with responses, but not surprisingly most women were looking for long term relationships. I also encountered some scammers there, who moved the chat over to Skype and started giving me hard-luck stories and asked for money. One even gave me an explicit cam show before I blocked them. There was also a street not too far from my hotel that was full of bars and bar girls, not unlike Bangkok. That had no great appeal for me; reports that the cost of the bar fine and the girl’s fee usually exceeded the FL’s rate. There are quite few bars in the area.
Rogues is great and usually the cheapest bar fine. Great happy hours there.
Across the street is Flamingo, my favorite club in the area. Tons of hot girls and decent bar fines.
There is also another area on the other side of Makati with a bunch of bars, but I can't remember the name of it.
I haven't been to the Philippines in almost 5 years, not sure of current status of Burgos, etc
I live in Makati about 6 months out of the year.
Burgos is really the best place in my opinion to get what you want. Just need to be very specific with the girl before you pay the Bar fine.
I usually like to hang out at Cafe Cubano which is a restaurant and side walk cafe on Burgos. no bar fine and always at least 5-10 working freelancers after 9 pm. My only issue is making sure the girl knows exactly what i want and that she will be responsive. Too many of these girls are really like fucking a dead fish.
Many are just quick pop girls. Unfortunately the only real way to get a good one and know she is going to be good is the reviews on TER. its hit and miss with all others.
Do your research on scams, of which there are many. Anything from claims of underage to rape (fine could be death sentence which are really set-ups with police and judges) to being roofied. Stick with P. Burgoes and pay the barfine.

I used to stay at the Makati Shangri-La, which is a very nice hotel close to the Glorietta Mall. There was at one time an "American" chain restaurant at the Mall where I had very good luck, cannot remember the name. Attractive ladies at the restaurant bar. I have never been to the red light district. Does anyone know if the Glorietta Mall is still good for fun
I do travel to the PH a couple times a year. I don't stay in Manila. I like olongapo / Barretto Just a short drive from Manila 3 hrs by car or 4hrs by bus. A car will run you 80. I stay at a resort in Barretto on baloy beach. Olongapo is where the navel base use to be. Barretto has some nice bars and the barfine is still ok. Barretto is just 20 min from Olongapo. The olongapo city mall is good for free lancers. I have met girls all over Barretto and Olongapo. from a internet cafe to a coffee house and on the jeepney.
