If so, don't touch yourself for a week before seeing a provider.  And if that doesn't work, try seeing one who offers prostate stimulation.  

I will say that I've had a couple of gentlemen cum from a BJ with me who had only done so once before in their entire life, and it was prostate stimulation that did it.  I have a vibrating toy that feels very good when rubbed on the outside of the prostate (no penetration), and can also do some penetration if you're comfortable with it.  Most men are surprised at how much they enjoy penetration...especially after they get that release!  It really should be listed as a service.
