Reviews are only a guide and certainly if you have many positives and one negative its not going to mean that much. I'm sure that if you are as lovely as you are many of your clients will be reading the boards. We all understand that we have some crazie hobbiests in this business. Not to worry you will come out of this smelling like roses. Try to do what michealca has suggested it might work. It has before. Just be prepared and well documented.

Someone posted a false review about me containing many lies.
It was either done by my competion or some nut. I mean it is blatantly obvious that so many things were untrue I could create a laundry list. I just know that this reviewer and I were never in the same room. All due respect,my choice is not to be posted for reasons of privacy. (I respect others privacy as well).

You need to contact TER support, [email protected] .
Tell them the problem and see if they will remove it for you. You are going to have to prove to them somehow that it is a false review. Very difficult to do. Good Luck.
Thank you! The review was so bizarre. I mean realistically:
I am still young looking(although I am not 21!) very vibrant and attractive. I never ask for donations at the door,meet newbies outside my apartment,do not have rock hard breasts(They are soft as pillows,thank you) love to chat up my dates(movies,politics,world events, even the weather!), the session the reviewer descibed did not bear my special TLC treatment (Jaclyn trademark) ,I NEVER rush anyone,do not keep you in the dark, I work out and enjoy being naturally fit and treat everyone special. I don't like posted reviews because I like my privacy repected.Very simple.
Either the review was from my competition(jealous provider)or from some nut who might have been pissed off because I did not
give them an appointment or just because they ARE nuts.
I have had hobbyists who knew me quite well call and say "My God,clearly this is not you! Not the Jaclyn I know. Who could ever do this to you?"
I think the individual who wrote it has a some personal issues and is a sad case. Maybe they need licenced professional help from a shrink!

It is so sad to see people use this website as "whipping post"

A reviewer named CanadaDry was in a dispute with Veronica Monroe
about a review. VM disputed the review to Staff after it was
posted.
Staff laid down the rules of engagement for disputed reviews.
It's very informative as to what is considered when a review is
disputed.

Nothing against you guys at TER. It's just not my style and not my cup of tea.
I am not knocking anyone's pet. I just have my own opinion and don't agree with the way the staff is running the site. Nothing personal. But I am entitled to an opinion.
