Just casually looking at ads today and came across this coincidence.  All the talk about human trafficking, it really bothers me.  Anyway,  I posted the message below in Feb 2015 after a close call and have been taking a back seat since, mostly out of fear.  I just came across this today, and it looks supspicious to me, a lay person ( no pun intended).  4 different girls, same hotel, same address, Stayation in Waltham and they each had one pic showing their faces.  Almost one ad after another Major red flag.  Just beware.

I got picked up a couple of weeks ago in a Police Sting.  Should have seen the red flags and walked away, or should have never gone, but of course I was blinded by what seemed "to good to be true".  I've gone balk and forth about writing here, but I believe that some guys, myself included, need to be a little "more educated".  I never meant to hurt anyone.  I would never do that, and I guess because of several positive experiences, I completely lost site of that this could be going on.

I was unbelievably lucky.  The Boston Police Officers let me go.  I was cuffed, photographed, etc. but I guess I just wasn't what they were looking for.  I consider my self very lucky.  A woman who seemed like the senior officer on the seen said to me that the person they had just grabbed before me was a "bad guy".  Pimp, guns, drugs and he hurt women.  She said that he had girls all over that hotel all against their will.  That last statement hit me hard.

Then I heard a report about sex trafficking in Boston.  Come on, sex trafficking in Boston?  This isn't the wild west, I don't get it....  Now, like most clients, I am just an unhappily married guy looking for some quick fun.  I'm not rich, I don't have a bunch of expendable income, and I suspect that many of you fall into the same category.  I have been with a few girls I've met through agencies.  To try and save a few buck, I've met with some independents I've seen on this site, and I've cold called Backpage girls.  I have had success with this, but it was this last cold calling that got me into trouble.

Whenever I've done it and not seen a review here, it is usually when I'm looking with very short notice, on my way home, or the next hour just opened up, etc.  I have a small group of BP providers I can go to again, but BE ADVISED, the BPD are out there looking for you, us.

www.demandabolition.org is working with Boston and Cambridge PD and many other Law Enforcement Agencies out there.  They are all over the country.  The theory is, sex trafficking is all about Supply and Demand.  If you reduce / eliminate the Demand, the there will be no need for the supply.  I believe members on this site, both men and women, are all consenting adults and there is a mutual respect.  That is not what these Law Enforcement Agencies are looking for, but they are placing fake ads and looking for you, so BE SMART.

Thanks for your time reading this.

Like the author of the letter, I too consider myself to be a good guy who wasn't hurting anyone.  I never, ever forced myself upon anyone, and the women i visited never appeared to be enslaved.  I always thought things were respectful and consensual.

Then one day, about two years ago I made an appointment with a local, very respected, agency.  I went on my visit and had one of the best sessions with one of the most attractive girls I've ever seen.  I walked out thinking it was one of the best sexual experiences of my life.

It just so happens this girl had a certain ethnic background... and that very night on the NBC news, there was a story about how young girls are lured out of certain countries and sold into sexual slavery.  I couldn't help but wonder if I had contributed to the problem.

I haven't seen a provider since.  I don't know that there was a problem in this specific case, and I'm not accusing the agency of being involved in this trade.  I am however, being introspective and wondering what my part has been.  I guess every stone makes a ripple.

So I'm in a sexless marriage... haven't seen a provider in a few years... and feel like I'm gonna explode... but at least I didn't get arrested and I know I'm not hurting anyone.

I am thinking about getting back into the hobby... but if / when I do, I think I'll stick with indy girls.

thanks for listening...

Thanks for sharing badman.  I have found that this portal, TER, is worth every penny simply by insuring that both we and the providers remain safe.  Take care.

What defines a "Indy" girl?  How can you tell if she is not being manipulated?
This post, in my opinion, is very informative and important.
Players face several problems;  getting the provider in the ad you answered,  not getting busted by LE while your getting it, not getting robbed by a gang waiting in the providers room, and STDs

You bring up very good points that I know most of all the Gents at some point or another have wondered. I do ask you to please also think about what it is like for a lady in the same boat.
We face insuring you are the correct guy we screened not his best friend (I have never had that happen but have heard about it.) Not getting busted by LE while do it. Not getting Robbed, murdered, raped, or beaten. Making sure that it isn't someone we have met in casual passing in real life, (this has happened to me). Oh, and STD's + HIV.

Just as you Gents need to take precautions, we do as ladies. I have a booking agent to ensure that someone close knows my whereabouts at all times, and knows who is with me at all times. I take my time to get to know each person prior to clothes coming off. For me, I have just as much to loose as most of you men do. I follow my gut 100% of the time, if I think that someone doesn't fit, I have no issues with apologizing and telling them to leave (with their money in hand). People do not come to see me to get in, get off, and get out. I get very uneasy if we can't talk a few before because I don't know who you are from Adam at that point. As far STD's/HIV. I get tested EVERY single trip when I return home. My doctor knows what I do and while he has voiced he doesn't approve of it, he will continue to do his job.

As someone who is very aware (no personal experience, I just do not live under a rock) of the whole human trafficking issues in this world, I ask if you Gents have thought about the impact it also has in the porn world? While yes, it is highly likely that no one put a gun to those girls heads at the age of 18-22, some of them are being highly exploited. When I was a provider 11 years ago, I met a few girls that did porn too. They started in porn because they were given $500 per shoot and it was more money then they had ever had in their lives. They weren't always from the typical "hard" background, but they were given an unlimited supply of booze and drugs. Those girls, while they could have walked away at any point, had no idea of the mental or physical ramifications to their body and mind. However, take a woman in late 20's or her 30's. Personally I would think that she had the life experience to realize that she doesn't have to do either of these items. Providing or Porn. If someone is in this JUST for the money, and they do not have another way to fall back on but want to quit, I assume by now they realize that every single state in the US has social services programs to help people. Every state has housing, welfare, food stamps. There is not really an excuse to only do it for the money to survive.

I know my view is very direct on the matter, but I try to never wrong anyone and enjoy what I do as well as find a common bonding agent to enjoy who I am with. Even when I was younger, no one forced me, no one enticed me, and no one hurt me. I do realize, and continue to realize, I am one of the lucky one. But just as I would tell another lady to find her boundaries and stick to them, I will tell you Gents the same.  If you worry agency ladies are trafficked then don't see them. If you worry Indy's are going to rob you, then don't see them. If you are worried about an STD, well I wish you take every precautions in the world and if not please enjoy time with Ms. Rosy Palm.

Sometimes as other men have said, it is important to do your homework and think with your Big head, to ensure you little head some safety. ;-) I am personally thankful to have such a close knit hobby world for us to live in. There is a lot to be said about why I fly across the country to come here every month. CA is a whole lot closer and only one flight, but I feel safer here. That doesn't mean I should let me guard down. It just means in my opinion, Boston has the best group of ladies and gents in the country.

I hope everyone has a fantastic week. Please take the time to think about what your expectations are for this. What do you desire for yourself, both mentally and physically.

Yours-
Kristin

Back when I was still doing incalls, I'd occasionally encounter other providers also staying at the same hotel. Many of these "independent" girls actually had pimps, and they'd regularly try to get me to come meet them. Honestly I'd say there was more chance an "independent" girl was being trafficked, I'd assume traffickers would be smart enough to try to conceal the involvement of a third party.
