END OF MESSAGE

Interesting for the outcome and that they immediately decided not to press charges. Obviously what the guy was doing was scary.

My heart goes out to that brave woman. What a difficult decision to be put on her shoulders. Thoughts and prayers for the victims and their families and for everyone involved. Ladies please keep safe and Always trust your gut.

there have been quite a few new law changes lately regarding escorts as victims
you cant prosecute the victim  thats been a few yrs now
besides they didnt catch her *in the act* she reported a crime as the victim of assault and attempted murd

I didn't think they would be allowed to press charges because it was self defense, but I'm used to hearing stories of girls not reporting things for fear of getting in trouble. I didn't know they had changed any laws.

If the police had not found other evidence that drove the narrative in a much different direction (such as the handcuffs, tape, kill list, etc.), then less honest/capable detectives could easily have approached the shooting as an escort's attempted robbery of a customer gone bad. Once she'd been arrested and charges filed, it would have taken her attorney years to get the truth out, if s/he ever could.

If you believe arrests are influenced by race, imagine the scenario with no evidence pointing towards a serial killer, and with a black trans sex worker.

lets try to stay on task here she was white so was he shes a victim and hes dead
there will be no cherges filed the laws are changing he is a serial killer and hes not the only one
escorts are targeted because we are left to believe we have no recourse thats not the case
its horrific
