Here is a better idea... instead of catering to local yokels seeking incall, find more outcall clients and find more local yokels who are willing to pay for hotels.

The best thing I ever did was to stop offering incall. Leave that up to lesser independents and lesser agencies who depend on incall.

I've posted this on the provider board, but I'm not sure how many of you check it regularly...

I am interested in moving more of my business into Boston and thus have the following query:
Do any of you rent your incall spaces by the evening or by the hour? FULL discretion and confidentiality would of course be observed, in addition to complete respect of your space. I am also very organized about scheduling. If you are open to such an arrangement, feel free to hit me up for a coffee date to see if we can make it work. Any leads much appreciated!

Thanks!

An incall is great if you're a touring girl, but you're right.  Outcall if you're local.  I used to be a hundred percent incall because I felt a little more safe and in control of my environment.  After overhead, stresses, a lot of traffic at the apartment or hotel room door, idiots calling me from the hotel lobby when I can clearly hear front desk people in the background... yeah, none of that measures up to a full paying, screened, outcall client.
