...many clubs discourage extras it still happens often these days. Not with every girl but most likely in every club whether it's in the champagne room or outside the club. More so in Rhode Island but in MA you will also find girls looking to meet OTC because there's more money in it. MA is more strict about things happening in the club than RI so a lot of men go to Providence even if they live in Boston. But that said, a significant number of dancers are also escorts. Even though the escort route on here may be better it is kind of fun to see before you buy in person so to speak... i.e. be able to see a girl on stage and then have her give you a bbbj or more. It's also nice to be able to fondle several women in one night at $25 a dance.
First, you say a "significant number of dancers are also escorts." and I question that.

It's something that could be a topic in its own right on the General Board.  (It could be a PhD Thesis!) I have noticed that there is a difference in mind set of Strippers, Providers, Magazine - Website Models, Porn Stars and others in the various branches of the sex industry.

I've known a lot of strippers.  They will strip and spread wide on a stage but they will never allow themselves to be photographed for a magazine, website or video, let alone allow some guy to touch them or to be alone with a guy without an army of bouncers more than 10 seconds away.  Stripping is a one-shot deal and impermanent.  On a given night, over 100 guys may see her up there but there is no record other than their memories.

Some girls will only do photos and not ever be seen in public; maybe because photos can be photoshopped?  Maybe because they don't have to see (face to face) who is ogling them?  I don't know all their reasons, I just found it interesting.  (Sometimes the models would show up at the clubs but not to dance, just to hang with their stripper friends.)

Some providers are fine one on one in a room but would never strut their stuff on a stage.

And the list of PERSONAL dos and don'ts and cans/can'ts goes on.  I think it's called psychology.

Second, I think you will find many more stories of strippers CLAIMING to be escorts or agreeing to meet up OTC than will actually ever do it in reality.  It's part of their hustle to milk the customer for more drinks or lap dances.  It's a nearly bottomless money pit.  Just keep throwing your money into it but the chances of a real hook up are slim.  One story here on TER was about someone who was talking about OTC with a stripper while on duty and she was asking FAR MORE than some of our finest TER ladies.  Why?  As she told the guy (who wrote the post), it was because she wasn't an escort, therefore she was better than an escort and would be worth it.

So what's the deal at The Golden Banana? I went in there a few days ago, just for a quickie beer or two to pass some dead time. It was not all that crowded, and a few of the ladies were observed approaching  a few of male guests, all with bright smiles asking if they could sit down and join them. A few men agreed, some kindly passed on their offers. I left after only 20 minutes due to time constraints and was not approached. If I were to go back and find myself approached, what is exactly to be expected if I were to say"yes?"  Any of these ladies exchange phone numbers for possible outside meetings if private dances are mutually agreed upon? Cost for such dances, etc?

I will buy you the beer and everything beyond that is a sure thing  😉

... again.  I stopped visiting the clubs when I discovered better options :-)

But here is how it used to work (>10 years ago).  The strippers do their stage set for tips.  On the floor, they make more money hustling drinks. They want you to buy them an expensive glass of colored water (hay, it's a mixed drink! Water plus grenadine!).  They get a percentage of what they get you to spend.  In exchange, you enjoy the pleasure of their company (which was frequently pleasant chit-chat).  A drink lasts ?? minutes, maybe 5-10 minutes.  You either refill their glass or they're on to the next table.  For more money, you can buy a bottle of overpriced champagne and they'll stick around longer.  That's the official way it works.  Or used to work.

If you're new to it, you might want to ask the dancer or the server about the cost of the drinks before you open your wallet.  Some places charge a premium for the ladies' drinks.

If you see them exchanging numbers or talking about other stuff, it's on them, not the house.  Some places have zero tolerance for unofficial business: they get zero benefit (no money) and it jeopardizes their liquor license which is their real money maker

OP luvsports also posted asking about "Cabaret Lounge" on 7/2/2015 3:14:05 PM.

I gave a similar (outdated) reply and I_am_brian_fellows (an alias) helpfully updated my info.

The consensus bottom line seemed to be, if you're looking extras, skip the clubs and make use of TER.

If you're looking for something real and not an expensive hustle, I suggest that you shift your sights from the Golden (Banana) to the Crimson (Lass).

Good luck!

Really I was just having a little fun.  But,  why bother with a dumpy bar when you can come to my pretty love nest.

Is trying to talk guys into lap dances $20-30 per song and/or they are trying to get guys to buy private rooms for around $100-150/15 minutes. In RI/CT those are very hands on and can include other things (extras) for more money. Though most clubs frown on this and if caught you'd get bounced and she'd get fired most likely. Mass is more stringent than RI/CT on such things.

If you are looking for the real thing; it's FAR FAR better to be in this world and call a classy lady like Erin and screen and go have a nice visit for an hour or two. A nice shower, drinks, nice hotel room, comfy bed, soft music....vs dark cramped dirty room, you might be sweaty, she might be sweaty, don't make any noise, etc etc.

Going to put on some Japanese music and get ready to make my date a very happy man.  Watch the rain fall,  relax and cum.  I am going to say this is a great day in Erin's
world. I hope everyone has as great of a day.   xo

It didn't used to be like that in the 90's for example. You'd go to the Foxy Lady and you wouldn't be allowed to touch. Now 99% of the dancers will let you touch them. I think that when we had the big recession that things changed and the lines became blurred. You had traditional dancers trying to compete with girls who were giving HJ's, BJ's or full service and it was hard to compete unless they relaxed their rules. That said in Boston at a club like Centerfolds you can't really do that unless you go upstairs to VIP which is like $1,000 and you could have 3 escorts in your bed for that much so it doesn't make sense unless you have a lot of money to burn.

I haven't been to the Banana, but I've been to some of the clubs in Providence now and again.  Side note: it used to be that Providence had "extras" on the menu but that's pretty much not happening for around two years now.

In my experience, if you want to spend some time in a strip club and meet some of the ladies, then here's how it works:

- pick a seat where you have an open seat next to you.
- don't sit at the bar or at the stage (unless you want to interact with the girl on the stage)
- If you're interested in having someone sit with you, make eye contact and look inviting when they're walking
- if not, try not to make eye contact
- But if one of the ladies stops by and you're not at all interested, just say "I'm all set"
- For some reason "I'm all set" is the magic phrase
- I haven't seen the "expensive drink" scenario explained by others
- When she joins you, make small talk.
- You should decide within one song if you're into her or not.
- If not, I try to let her know in a nice way. Like "thanks for stopping by, it's nice to meet you."  It might be nice to give her a small tip up to $5 at that point.
- If you do want to do something with her, the choices are generally "dances" and "rooms."  Dances average $25-30 per song (4 minutes) and generally involve naked lap dances with mutual touching but your clothes on.  Rooms vary by place, but there's generally something like $100 for 15 and it's fully nude and includes a HJ.
- Note that a lot of the girls do work outside of the clubs and you could say "I like you but I'm not really into lap dances" and there's a chance she'll give you her number.

Seeing an escort is generally much better, but a strip club could be a good place to spend a couple of hours and see a dozen hot girls.

But trust me it will be comical at best lol

by the hour ... lol
must have references
screening is for my pole's safety
everything is covered
no rules ........... NO TEETH!

So where are they?  In the glass by the side of the bed?
