It really depends on when you are coming and if you are willing to pay to watch the games.

Comeing to Lv for March madness any suggestions for the best places to watch the games?

Cosmo, they have a couple of great party's.

im going to a party thurs, friday and saturday.. feel free to get in touch if youd like to join me as my date! there is food, beer and basketball!!!!

Emril Lagasse has a restaurant/bar called Lagasse's that is awesome and has stadium seating. Can be a little pricey if you want premium seats, but a great experience with amazing food. Best if you have a group to split the costs.

they always sell out..

here is a pretty good list for the OP

They sell out of the first and second round games about 1 day after New Year's.  If you are coming for Sweet Sixteen and ELite 8, you might still have some room.

Cosmo has a pretty big indoor event.  If the weather is nice though, I'd say go watch the games poolside.  Most of the better hotels have a set up for it (Encore has a giant screen set up by pool).  This way you get the games, the sun and the scenery.
