Same thing happened to me.  ED drugs work, but not as good as they used to.

A provider suggest I buy a penis pump.  I thought she was crazy, but researched it.  Turns out, if you have a good plan, insurance will cover part or most of the cost for a GOOD ONE.  Think $380 or more.

Sounds costly, but a one time investment compared to ED drugs.  Sucker works like a charm.  Prick gets nice and hard, more girth than before.  

Two draw backs, the cock rings are uncomfortable and I have trouble cumming....so I usually finish with a bbbj without the rings on.

I may invest in the shots later, but for now the pump is my method of choice.

68..I went downhill so quickly last year and someone suggested to me about using supplements daily to boost my libido, gel and stiffness, like P6 Extreme or Nugenix Ultimate and Maca Roots and others plus adding few milligrams dosage to my ED intake and it's working amazingly so far.. There are so many variables on this topic. The health of your prostate, your blood pressure meds, etc. Can you come without getting hard? Have you tried the epi-pen? (Trimix) What does your doctor say? Did you just plain wear it out after twenty years in the hobby? (not intended to be mean, just thought a little humor might lighten the subject) Have you had a surgery or cancer treatments. I think I've seen it all.

NFL (not for long) probably most of us on this aged range or older comes to a point that we all going to loss it, reality and human nature dictates, unless some genius scientist miraculously invent something for all of us to maintain our stiffness while still vertical, or just cut it off and throw it away or pickled the sucker in a jar and just remissness the good old days every time you look at it and smile if we haven't also loss most of our senses and facial muscles too...sucks getting old guys.....

It's just anecdotal evidence but I have recently seen an improvement after taking Crestor, the drug for high cholesterol. It is claimed in some studies that Crestor can actually reverse atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). If true, then obviously an improvement in blood flow would have this result.
