Hey gentlemen of TER  
 
I'm curious about how do you all feel about screening?, I am currently applying a rigorous screening process but the only point is to avoid getting in trouble, specially that I am very careful about my privacy and safety, being a positively reviews but very low traffic independent and discrete lady helped positively putting the gentlemen I meet at ease, but I still get some guys that hesitates every now and then, and since I'm no dictator and I like to keep an open mind and see how is it like to be a client going through screening, hence I have a few questions I appreciate your intake on:  
 
How much is too much for you?  
And how much will you be willing to share about yourself and RWI?  
Would you feel differently going through the screening process with an independent lady than with an agency?  
Does the fact that a lady does the screening herself not through an assistant make a difference to you?

You have to do what make you feel safe.  I can always appreciate your screening process, or not.  You need to be comfortable with your screening.  I have had providers require RS2K registration, two references, and photo id.

I'm totally fine with it, because I understand the need.  I don't feel any differently in terms of who screens: the agency, the assistant, or the provider herself.  I'm an RS2K member, and can provide the membership information upon request, and for the most part, that's all I will provide.  In fact, I would be hesitant to see a provider to does *not* screen thoroughly, which usually includes requiring RS2K.  Without it, it's too reminiscent of BP.

As for my screening limits, I draw the line at sending a selfie (this was mentioned on the General Board).  Full name and phone number is public information for the most part.  A photo is private.

Hmm as for the picture I never asked for a selfies but feel safer when I see a picture of the gentleman whether it's on a business card or driver license, or even any social/professional website, that puts me at ease that the guy is who he says he is, reason for that is that it happened that a guy would used someone else's information, and some of them go to an extent of asking a friend to answer work screening calls or emails, I'm all for sticking up for your friends but that's just evil and makes me feel unsafe, one guy used even the references of his friend. It sounds so bizarre as why would anyone do all that to avoid screening when all they have to do is say I'm sorry I don't feel comfortable with that and just move on

For me personally I feel that with over 50 reviews and being white listed that should be good for screening, again I would never send over a picture of my photo ID or selfie, I can always show the ID at the time of the appointment if need be.  I understand the need for security on the part of the provider but the personal info of the client also needs to be respected.  Like I said if my info on TER or my references are not sufficient then so be it I will find another provider.

I say screen screen screen. .... Hobbyists (I call them loyal hobbyists) know the drill. .... You dont even have to ask them for screening verification info. Its sent in the initial appointment request. .. Gawd I adore you hobbyists whom do that. .. I say THANK YOU THANK YOU & LETS HAVE SOME FUN!!

Screen just not for LE, but clients with violent backgrounds as well.
