My lady parts and neck have limits too! 
I never worry about how many "rounds". I book 2 or more hours, enjoy what happens and do my best to let ANY worries or expectations fade into the background. Focus on having a good time and connecting in the moment; the rest just happens as it will.
"How many" is oftentimes a matter of degree; degree of stress, fatigue, attraction, cheimstry, etc. By booking longer and focusing on enjoyment over pressuring or measuring yourself, the negative factors are minimized and you will be at your best
We rarely go more than twice in 8 hours, much less one.
Like you, I don't measure the experience in rounds, and "finishing" is nowhere near as important as it once was. I think the number of rounds for me was lot more important when I didn't know when I was going to get laid again, and I needed to get as much out of each time I was with a woman. Getting laid is hardly an issue now, not with hundreds, or even thousands of women at my beck and call (for a price of course), so I don't feel like I cheated myself if I only go once.
One very few guys, middle-aged guys, come more than once. Two, she told me that most of the reviews of her in which guys claim multiple rounds were simply BS.
I had exactly two long time friends I remember fondly that were able to go about 4-5 times in roughly an hour and 10 min. One literally came twice before I could even put his entire d*ck in my mouth... very rare and the reason I no longer charge by the hour. I do not care to entertan those who ONLY care about how many times they can go in the least amount of time. Let's face it.... there are women much younger and cheaper who can accomplish that if that is ALL a guy wants.

That most gents can only go once. And those that can go more, usually try to hold out so long that a second one would not be in the cards because they would need proper rest time. Every so often, I get someone who can do 2 in an hour, and those who'd like to try... I've put in quite an effort on second cups that just weren't in the cards!
Usually, more than 2 is more for multiple hour sessions. Figuring in, a little bit of chit chat, fore play warm up time, first round, cool down/cuddle time.
But, I tend to enjoy when gents aren't as focused on the "number of times they can get one" as much as the gents who are focused on the quality of the time spent. Meaning, connecting emotionally and mentally as well as physically. We all can get our orgasms in quite well by ourselves, and of course- when visiting a companion you do want to get on e in, but I enjoy the guys who are also into the connection.
3 in a 1hr, and it was WORK! Not a fun session at all. I still remember it and that was maybe 8yrs ago. Kept pulling on me and pushing on me and trying to choke me and just crazy stuff that is a little far out even for me.
Now at one of my parties, I have from multiple guys gotten up to 4 in 1hr but I do like to make things last a little since quality to me is more important then quantity.

In my younger days, MSOG wasn't a problem. although I wasn't in the hobby back in those days.
As I get older, 1 round in an hour is probably my limit. LOL However, I rarely do any sessions shorter than 2 hrs and I usually prefer +4hrs dinner dates. MSOG in the shortest amount of time was never my goal in this hobby. I enjoy spending time with the providers that I see and the foreplay/afterplay is equally as important for me
but some surprise me and if they allow me to "space" things out correctly (recovery time) with one in the beginning then another round later, two pops isn't out of the question. However, I find some guys are concerned that if they allow round 1 too soon the think that I am rushing them (not true!) and that they wont be able to rise up for round 2.
I will always try for two if the allow me to. But some guys take it as we are rushing them which is not the case. You are still welcome to hang out/rub time if you can't get a round two to happen.
Hope I explained that correctly. I think the key is recovery time between round 1 and round 2! Some guys however aren't having it and that's fine with me too.
Even if I can go the first time quickly, which I can if I really want to, it still takes me forever to finish the second time. My problem is not getting hard again, if I am sufficiently turned on by the woman I am with, I can "start" again in a reasonable short order, but finishing the second time, especially wearing a condom is very unlikely to happen in less than an hour.
Speaking strictly for myself, I am perfectly happy taking my time and finishing just once right towards the end of an hour session, or alternatively finishing the first time early, and then starting again without finishing the second go round, and I really don't mid spending the last 10-20 minutes getting a nice massage if a second round is not in the cards. Some guys feel like they need to 'get their money's worth" and spend the entire hour fucking, I am way past counting minutes.
In my experiences, my typical 1 hour date is good for 2 rounds at about a 50/50 success rate. And the combination of how attracted I am to the woman, and how she performs determines that. Also the period between "releases" also plays a big part.
