The Bellagio has the best wings, anywhere in Vegas but now they have close the cafe at 1am.

So the longer the session, the bigger the hunger. Depending on where I am and time of day, that could change. Sometimes I'll look for a good steak or a really good burger. Other times it could be a hearty breakfast.  But the need to feast is real.

I always have in a smaller cooler bag a post workout recovery drink ready that I leave in my vehicle. It helps in the interim.

and lots of ice.
