I would love to ask a provider if I could have full on hour of just a luxurious handjob. I typically see FBSM girls and have never worked up the guts to ask one. All you can do is ask. It's not like you are asking for something that exploits or diminishes the other person in any way, so there's no need to be hesitant about asking. If there's an FBSM provider you've already seen that has you craving for it to be with her, drop her a line and ask. If she'd rather not, then you know and you can look elsewhere. But any request is always easier made with someone you've already seen.
It's not a "strange" request... In the hands of a pateient, sensitive, loving partner, "handy work" can be totally luxurious, decadent, luscious. It may require a lot of coaching from you though... A long time ago a provider once told me she had "hand job phobia" and that she always felt very self conscious about her skills in that department. She said that other activities are a little easier to generalize from guy to guy, whereas a handjob is harder to get "just right" because guys are all wired so differently.
I would think any provider who does hand jobs would be fine with something like that. I don't know if there would be anything special needed to do an hour long hand job so you might want to ask about it the next time you see someone as something to do for a subsequent visit.
