great/ or even OK restaurants around the Midtown area where we could discreetly have some fun while making it through dinner....?
Personally I find it a nice and often welcome reprieve from an often long day. There are times when I'm out on LI without transportation and someone offering to take me out to dinner is a welcome to the monotonous as well as exhorbidant hotel food. Granted schedule might not always permit it but hey we do all have to eat! I mean hey, I'm a little thing I don't eat much! lol
I'd welcome and LI'ers that are visiting me this wed, thur and fri to feed me more than what they usually do lol

Unless you are J.Lo and he's Ben Afleck--fugheddabowdit. There is no restaurant in NY which serves edible food that won't throw out the "average" dining couple who is playing "fumbles" or "cannodling" that distracts the other diners. That's why they have "private rooms" in restaurants.In that case, make a call and be prepared to pay a minimum of $400 over the tab for a private room.
