END OF MESSAGE

A friend of mine just had a couple BS reviews come up. They state things she would never do. She emailed TER, but is that pretty much it until they get back to her?

This just came up the other day — and what I read was TER is going to respond quicker to a report, than an email. It takes them right to the problem, rather than having to try and track it down from your description.

"A few bad reviews"? You sure she isn't just trying to hide all of the bad services she has provided? I have been doing people get a bad review, but it seems strange that she keeps getting selected for someone to write a full review and it be fake...oem

I had one a couple of months ago and although it wasn't a bad review it did not represent me accurately. The reviewer stated several things that were false so I went through the process to prove the review was fake and had it removed.

There are no bad services or bad reviews, there is a series of excellent reviews followed by two distorted and incorrect reviews.  People read the shit you write here, if you have no idea what you are talking about shut the fuck up.

"I have been doing people get a bad review,"  seriously.  maybe you should sober up before you hit the keyboard

She should ask the reviewer to retract. She could advise him that she will contact those women who have whitelisted him about this practice and they may withdraw their whitelist.  That might motivate him.

She should be able to correct her profile if he incorrectly described her menu.

Often the guys who do this are writing fake reviews on other women in exchange for VIP. She can look up his other reviews and contact these women. If his reviews are fake for them as well and they complain, may be inclined to close his account.

If she posts her name--it is not your job--the rest of us will get a half hour of entertainment chasing down his bogus reviews

I know this lady and talked with her today.  I hope the good people here would support her instead of say 'you can't fix the past'.  the two reviews are first time authors, the ID is suspect and most importantly they explain things that she must now defend.  She is afraid to take new clients or even see existing because they will ask for services that are not offered.  Your best clients will know but most would suspect that she should offer the same for them.  New clients would assume that everything listed is available, when she declines the meeting turns bad.  If the review was an accurate review of poor performance that is a different issue.  This appears to be gross negligence or a deliberate attempt to harm a truly wonderful lady.

Trinity mentioned a guy who wanted to invite his friends to her location and split rates; what is wrong with these people.  Ladies I really don't know how you can deal with some of these bozo's.

I've had mostly good experiences with the reviews from TER — but then there are those that make my internal radar go off, too. Perhaps the answer is to counter false reviews — with corrections?

I tried scheduling with a massage provider in my general area when I was still very, very new (timing didn't work out). I got an email with a date/time, accepted one of the times — only to learn later plans had to be changed because she had booked that appointment window before getting back to her email. If was a bit off-putting — and we haven't met.

The reason I mention this is it was clear to me she is not a full-service provider (I had no expectations otherwise). The new review I read this week claims otherwise — and I just can't believe it. But somebody will — and therein lies the problem. What if cheyen or someone else submits a "correction" to the previous review? Newest posts float to the top — so even if TER won't remove or amend an incorrect review, perhaps the best recourse is to wall off the comment with truth. Thoughts?

Outlier reviews are typically not given as much credence as reviews that fall within what a given provider normally provides.  And the newest review doesn't automatically go to the top; it depends on the month the reviewer puts down for when the session happened and even then there is some seeming randomness among those that have the same month on them.

Even so, if the provider doesn't want the fake review out there (quite understandable; it still can still be a source of problems) then she has to try and get it removed
