Question about Colorado winter

Hello, I'm wondering if you can tell me how roads will be in Colorado in the winter. Are the towns and state very good at clearing the roads and being sure there is snow and ice off the road? Around what date do you start seeing a lot of winter weather conditions? I'm looking to plan now for what to expect this winter, since I do a lot of driving all around the state. Thankyou very much for your information on this enquiry.

The first snow is always on Halloween, have had mild winters lately but you never know.

But Vermont was excellent at clearing the roads fast. I'm an outcall companion mostly, so guess I'll see how it goes as it comes this winter. I have an all wheel drive Subaru at least ;-)

The major highways are very well taken care of...
But the traffic sucks, so double your normal travel time and all should be good:)

If your referring to outside of metro Denver, the small towns and such, I have no idea?

You should be fine.
