P411 is highly recommended. Rs2k is fine but very local. P411 is more national and you'll have a better chance of scoring people traveling on business.
As most of you can tell I am new to TER (not the hobby). I used to be with an agency prior to becoming an independent, but does not mean I do not know a little about this business and how to screen. Typically any reviewed lady would ask for a name, phone number ( if necessary) and two provider references. Correct? I know there are other ways to screen ( P411, RS2K, DC, etc) , but as a "newbie" who does not have access to a few of the verification sites, it should be okay for me to ask for :
Name
Phone number
Two Provider References.
If not, then what should I be asking for to assure I am not involving myself with LE? I'm asking because I had a gentleman contact me for an appointment but refused to give me his name to contact refuses. I understand his concern, but don't feel it is okay for a gentleman to dictate how I do my screening.
Yes, I have no reviews, but need to make sure I screen appropriately and safely to assure I don't have to leave with bracelets I did not come into the business with.

It is the best way to protect both you and the hobbyist with the least hassle and most efficient results.
Also, I have no problem providing my RS2K info, but would rather not bother my provider friends by asking them to reference.

Providers get a TER account with mail. It is useful, gives you full access to your review page and whitelist. Just shoot them an email and they respond promptly. There's a chance they can link your agency profile to your new independent one.
In terms of screening I like to have their TER ID see what types of reviews are given and their demeanor in the chats. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and experience but I don't prefer to see anyone who has to take the extra step and be a "dick" to any of the ladies or hobbiest
Many ladies wont put the way they do screening on a public board like this because L.E will then be able to figure out a possible way around it.

Having an experienced friend can save you from having to learn a lot of things the hard way, and can help you get access to things like those verification sites much more easily

All of a sudden it seems that every damn site except TER wants your fkin ID, a photo of you full facial holding a sign saying, "Hey, I am Hooker on x site. My name is London Rayne and my birthdate is blaaa." Sorry, but no fkin way. I don't mind giving information, but there is no way in hell I am taking a photo holding a sign admitting I am a hooker.
Well I know that P411 accepts photos that don't show a face, and P411 + TER are enough for me. I don't know what other ID is required for P411 though, at least on the provider side. And I'm okay not seeing your face ahead of time.
