Article has several references to how the Millenial set is so different (less old fashioned) than Gen X. Guess we Gen x-ers aren't the antichrist we used to be. *sigh*

I need to go play some Nine Inch Nails on my iPod now to feel less....old....except if I play it on the iPod I AM old where as if I streamed it to Spotify I'd be young and hip. But I might still have an old Depeche Mode concert T shirt buried in my dresser.

Many times I've rented hotel rooms for a day use (even though technically I could've stayed overnight) while traveling locally for work if I had a field site to visit in the day and then a formal client meeting for dinner. Need a place to shower, shave, change without driving all the way home. I then have to call next day to get a copy of the bill that I'm sure was tucked under the door of the then empty room. So there certainly is a market for this.

If you are thinking like that LE will be thinking the same way and keeping an eye on it

In Brazil you can book a "Motel" for 2h if you want, or even for 30 minutes. That I'd like to have here.

yes the Brazilian concept of a "Motel" (vs a Hotel) is assume and perfect.  Many years ago when I traveled a lot to Brazil I had been to quite a few -;)

No listing for Boston.... Not really concerned about LEO because booking a room for a few hours is no crime.. what are they going to do? break into each room and maybe catch people having consensual sex?  No law against that either.. payback for them non-existent.. I can't be that paranoid.. but I love the idea..

This week I booked a room at a no tell place for $60.. Then the place told me that they have a $40 deposit on top of the $60.. and the only way I get it back is that they give it to me when I check out the next morning.. crud ! so I used the room.. left and came back the next morning and checked out.. got my $40 back.. 45 minutes each way.. so as soon as Boston is on this web site and has some places identified.. I'm in.. a heck of a lot easier.. !!

Hotels dont let you check in before 3:00 exspecially in Newyork
I also thought that was stupid and senseless, because people travel all diffetent hours. I think its great that the half day hotel lets you check in at 9am but you gota check out by 5:00pm. Rates are so expensive in Boston and surrounding towns
 hope halfdays are reasonably priced.

What a great concept, its been long over due for us ladies
And traveling business men.
