When booking a doubles at one of the providers incall, should one have to pay the outcall rate of the other provider travelling?

It's been my experience that when booking you will be quoted a rate.  Let them split it how they want.

The traveling companion should get a little extra traveling donation. It is much easier for providers to host than it is for them to pack up from wherever they are to drive and meet. If she is accommodating you by meeting where it is convienant for you,  I think she too should be accommodated. Having to travel to meet and returning to her incall or whereever she was coming from can be stressful. Outcalls are usually always more than incalls. Distance is also a factor that should be considered.
