In an hour I can usually handle about 20mins at a single go. Longer then that and my jaw starts to hurt and I do change it up too, like lick the boys for a minute and then back to the stick.
Reasonably I do not think you should count on more then 1/2 of the appt to be oral, and in that often it is broken up between other things. If you need a full hour of it that is certainly something you might want to negotiate ahead of time because oral is the hardest thing for any woman to do for an extended time(hard on the neck, back, arms, and jaws as well often suction dies after about 15mins or so). I love to give this, but it is way easier on the body to do other things. Talk to my GF's in the biz and they have said the same, a most have even said they would rather fuck any day over sucking.

Maybe ask ahead of time if they are comfortable with discussing a few details since you enjoy certain things more then others(that is pretty vague). That way if they are unwilling after you are screened you can choose to go ahead or not. If they are then you just ask about your desire for extended oral on the receiving side and see if it is possible. I have had sessions last the entire time. Well, I guess not down to the minute, but the entire action. Of course, you have to change up your positions once in a while and stuff- but my attitude is a give ya what ya want, type and so as long as you don't mind sticking with one thing for a while - its cool for me! But, I guess some variables do come into play, and if necessary breaks can be taken.
