Thanks for the link.  Interesting read.  I've been taking two 500mg pills for a couple of years now.  I think I'll stop.

To the OP, I started taking Lecithin for this very reason, but nowhere near the amounts you mentioned.  One thinget that did work for me was to get a juicer and juice up about a pound of celery a couple days before a session.  It became a hassle and I stopped, but it did work.  In the end the thing that helped me the most was I started to walk seven to nine miles a day, watched my diet and lost about thirty pounds.  This did the trick.  I hydrate well every day, but on the day of a session I pay extra attention to it and it works quite well.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience, and also to let folks know if my discovery, YMMV.

I read on line the Lecithin can increase load capacity and orgasmic strength for men.  One dude posted he would start to down about 16 pills per day (at 4 hour intervals) at least 48 hours before having sex.  While not a consumer of Lecithin on a regular bases, this person claims the "binge" ingestion of the supplement greatly improves his cum capacity.

Being older, and in search of a fountain of youth I thought, "why not give this a try".

Well guess what, it worked!  I was with a provider last week and shot at least 25% more than normally.  After a great BBBJ with CIM, my provider commented on the volume..."Saving up for me" she asked.

Not only was the volume greater, but the intensity and duration of the orgasm had improved.  One of my best in years.

Who knows, could have been the provider (who was great at , BBBJ).  Now doubt YMMV, but I just wanted to put my experience out there in hope that it might benefit others.

Also, if the lecithin is derived from soy, there could be additional problems.  You have to make sure the soy is fermented and non-GMO.

I had read the same thing about Lecitin, so tried it.  I don't think it was a placebo affect since it's worked several times in yielding significantly, noticeable increased volume.
