Mostly because it demonstrates how pernicious LE can be with their attempts to get one to incriminate themselves.  Be especially cautious of the question:  "Do you know why you're being arrested?"  That can be a tricky one.  Even if you say no, or I don't know, you can open yourself up to charges of lying to the police.

The proper answer is:  I want a lawyer before I answer any questions.  Or, you could always respond with something like:  "Why don't you tell me why I'm being arrested."

Also, the inducement to talk in return for being released or otherwise treated better is just a pack of lies.

Unfortunately, this whole thread is going to get pulled I fear because it goes against TER's policy of not linking to any news items that mention the names of people arrested for hobby related activiies, even though this person is going on air with an interview shortly.

I hope a few people see this in time to learn a thing or two about what not to do when confronted by LE.

(still not a lawyer)
