I have a strict policy of only hiring young women who are new to the business. Experienced girls almost universally bring bad habits, unacceptable attitudes, or drama from their previous experiences whether with an agency or as an independent. Moreover, my clients generally place a higher value on "new faces" whom are if nothing else, less common and harder to find than experienced girls who are easy to locate.

My dilemma is I've met a gorgeous, sexually adventurous, blond engineering major who I'd like to hire but whom has some previous experience. She admitted to meeting two clients out of state on her own while on school vacation recently, and also admitted to being compensated for attending an executive gangbang-bukkake party, all on the same day!

Does this sound like your kind of girl? I'm asking you... should I hire her? Do you place a premium value on newbies or are experienced girls more your thing?

she has ANY bad habits, nothing I should think you'd want to try to break.  
Bukkake? Gangbang? Sounds like a virgin to me

I missed that, but I think you also missed the part about it being out of state. You don't fly to San Jose for a gangbang-bukkake party!  It's not exactly steady work and a plane ticket would cost as much as you would earn.

A lot of the girls I've seen told me this was their first time and they were new to this...maybe we all believe in Santa Claus

My suggestion is to stick with your policy of hiring girls who are new to the business (or at least not scarred/hardened by it).   Personally I like your approach and I think there are other guys out there as well who occasionally or frequently like to see a companion who is new to the business.   It seems that you have been successful in that niche.   There are plenty of other places for hobbyists to go to see providers who have a lot of experience.    Everyone's different and comes down to personal preference, but some guys prefer not to see the hard core types constantly, with the issues, drama, drugs, etc that can come along with it at times.

You have business model, one that you actively promote and advertise.

Either be honest and let everyone know you have significantly changed your approach to the business or stick to  what has brought you success so Far.

Don't believe you can have it both ways.

In the language of today's American youth: OMG!  

Definitely hire her, please.  

Totally understand if you have developed a brand to address a specific niche  (new, less common faces), and you want to stay true to that brand.  Just describe this woman thoroughly in the description field on your website, maybe even list her under a separate section, and nobody should have a problem with that.  You may even attract a more diverse customer base.  

This woman sounds like she could be hugely popular.  I would grab her if you can.  Just my 2 cents.
