You can find newbie friendly gals. It might not be exactly what you are looking for but her reference or Okay, will open other doors. The doors of the ladies you are really interested in. Did you try offering your personal information to the girl that you want to see so badly?
Once you get a few okays, most of your issues getting dates go away.
One way or another other then some women on BP, the vast majority aren't going to see you without a reference. You could also look into RS2K. You'll have to give your personal information but it'll open some doors as well.
